Email Setup Instructions (All Devices)

Welcome to your new Microsoft 365 Email services, at this point you will have received your login credentials for your new accounts. 

This knowledge base article includes all the information you will need to set up your email accounts on:

  • A Computer (PC) in Outlook.
  • Mobiles devices (Android and Apple Devices).
  • An Apple Computer

Please Note: If you are migrating your email accounts from another provider, you will first need to remove the existing accounts from your devices. Removing accounts from Outlook may remove access to your data, we recommend creating a new Outlook Prolfile which will retain any data in your existing profile if you ever need to go back to it. Accessing Web Mail (Outlook Web App)

You can use your web browser to access your email from anywhere. You can simply visit https://outlook.office.com/ and log in with your supplied credentials. 

Mobile Devices 

Below are links to information and steps to set up your email on mobile devices:

Outlook 2013 or Greater on PC

If you don't own a licensed copy of Outlook 2013 or greater, you can use the Mail app built into Windows 10\11. However, some advanced features may not be available. To set up your email in Mail app open the Mail app, Click on Add Account, Select the account type as Office 365\Exchange. 

Outlook 2011 or greater on Mac

If you don't have a licensed copy of Office for Mac, you can also use Mac Mail built into Mac OSX. However, some advanced features may not be available.
