Configure your iPhone or iPad for Managed 365 Exchange

If you already have the email address configured on your device from another hosting service or from an upgrade to Managed 365 Exchange. Please follow the below steps to remove the old account prior to configuring your new Managed 365 Exchange email account on your iPhone or iPad.

  1. From the devices home screen tap Settings, scroll down and tap Mail and then Accounts..
  2. Locate and tap on the account you wish to remove from the device from the list of accounts displayed.
  3. Scroll down to the very bottom to locate a Delete Account option.

If you have completed the above, or this is a new email account you're adding to the device.

  1. Go to your devices Settings, scroll down and tap Mail and then Accounts and click Add Account.
  2. Select Microsoft Exchange
  3. Enter your Managed Exchange email address and a description for the account. Tap Next.
  4. You will prompted to either Configure Mannually or Sign In. Tap Sign In.
  5. An Office 365 Sign in page will be displayed, enter your password and sign in.
  6. The mail may request certain permissions such as accessing your calendar and contacts. To agree, tap Yes. Then choose the apps you want your email account to sync with your iOS device and Save.
  7. Now you're all set to go!
