To create a brand new profile for Outlook (with no accounts, or PST files attached).
- Open Control Panel
- In the search box in the top right corner type Mail
- Open Mail (it may be called Mail 32 bit on some computers)
- Click Show Profiles...
- Click Add
- Enter a name for your new profile (We suggest your email address) and click OK
- Follow the steps details in our Configure Outlook 2010+ for Managed Exchange
- When you return back to the Mail (Profiles) window after creating our account.
- If you want this profile to open by default when you open Outlook, check the box Always use this profile and select your profile.
- If you want to be asked which profile you would like to use when you open Outlook, check the box Prompt for a profile to be used.
