Creating a New Outlook Profile

To create a brand new profile for Outlook (with no accounts, or PST files attached).

  1. Open Control Panel
  2. In the search box in the top right corner type Mail
  3. Open Mail (it may be called Mail 32 bit on some computers)
  4. Click Show Profiles...
  5. Click Add
  6. Enter a name for your new profile (We suggest your email address) and click OK
  7. Follow the steps details in our Configure Outlook 2010+ for Managed Exchange
  8. When you return back to the Mail (Profiles) window after creating our account.
    • If you want this profile to open by default when you open Outlook, check the box Always use this profile and select your profile.
    • If you want to be asked which profile you would like to use when you open Outlook, check the box Prompt for a profile to be used.
