Please use your invoice number, sales order number or other unique identifier to prevent delays in processing your payments. Payments from other CBA business accounts are usually received the following business day, other financial institutions may take between 3-5 days.

A surcharge applies (of 1.75% + $0.30). A higher rate may apply to transactions from foreign issued cards or payments made in foreign currencies.

It is possible to avoid paying the surcharge by allowing us to store your credit card details against your account. Your card will be automatically charged (surcharge free) on the date an invoice falls due.
