Pricing

The current pricing for SaaS Protection for Microsoft 365 is $4.40 Including GST, per month per license.

We use two methods to calculate the number of licenses your business is using:

  1. Any licensed Microsoft 365 user is considered an active user and will consume one license.
  2. Any unlicensed users or mailbox where the total backed up data within the account exceeds 1GB. This includes:
    • Any now unlicensed user (for example a former employee who has moved on).
    • Any shared, resource or room mailboxes.

Any unlicensed Microsoft 365 user (e.g. a former employee), shared, resource or room mailbox with backup data below 1GB in size will still be included in the backup however it will not require a license.
