ICT Consultancy & Support Rates (effective 1st of July 2024)

The rates listed below are effective as of the 1st of July 2024 for all ICT Consultancy & Support services provided by Ascari ITG.

Rates for ICT Consultancy & Support conducted within normal business hours: 

  • ICT Consultancy & Support - Business Hours (9AM - 5PM) @ $70.00 Including GST per 30 minutes. 

Outside of normal business hours we will remove the two additional rates for planned and unplanned maintenance and revert to time-and-a-half rate with a minimum charge of 1 hour on weekdays, and 2 hour minimum on weekends and public holidays. 

Additional Notes:

  • As we have clients all over Australia, we will use your local time zone to determine the applicable rate not ours.
  • Travel (if required) will be charged at the applicable rate listed above.
  • Inter-state travel costs (if applicable) will be quoted on for approval prior to being incurred.
  • Unless specifically stated we will use our best judgement to classify your requests to be actioned outside of business hours.
  • During busy periods we may complete non-emergency work for you outside of normal business hours in order to "catch-up". If we chose to do this you will be charged at the standard Business Hours rate not at the either after hours rates.
  • Availability for Planned After Hours and Emergency\Unplanned After Hours service is not guaranteed. We will use all reasonable endevours to action your requests as soon as possible.
